Sorry. But definitely I've seen somewhere some tricky instructions on making the Default User built-in Administrator after installing the system. Or some similar subject... It's not a regular tool, it is a very hack.

Having just installed Windows 2003 with some winnt.sif floppy based tweaks I get inappropriate app messages like this or this Using TargetPath=\SYS\WIN ProgramFilesDir=\SYS\Programs CommonProgramFilesDir="\SYS\Programs\Common Files" ProfilesDir="C:\SYS\USERS\" SFCDllCacheDir="c:\SYS\Relocated\CACHE\Dllcache" where am i wrong? I have a successful working Windows XP instance installed with the same tweaked winnt.sif
