Try using Section breaks. Since Margins are Page formatting wide tools, you have to set different "pages". This can be achieved through Section breaks. To insert one move the cursos to where the different formatting should start and on page layout tab from the page setup section choose and click Breaks. From the pop-up choose Next Page break. The cursor and any content after this will be moved to the top of the next page. Now move the cursor where you ant the formatting to end and insert another page break. These breaks now mark the beginning and ending of the different formatting. Any formatting changes will remain between those breaks. Hope this helps!
