I tried cleaning the CD, didn't help. I've made two new CD's, and every time I get the same message, "Can't copy RTCDLL..." Is it because I shouldn't have used Autostreamer or Nero Express 5?

I get an error message saying, "Can't copy RTCDLL: cannot read from source file or disk." Do I need to make a sliptream SP2 again and make a new CD? I used Autostreamer and burned it with Nero Express 5.
