There was a topic here a few years ago about viewing youtube videos on firefox on a Windows 95 system by modifying NPSWF32.DLL of flash player 7 to make it look like flash player 8. I was wondering, can you do the same thing in opera?
Have you uninstalled previous version? I have installed version for alternative browsers only and I don't have any problem. Tried it, but ended up with the same result. I had no choice but to install Flash 9 instead.
I have an issue on the newer Adobe Flash Player 10.2 with KernelEX on my Windows 98 laptop. Everytime I go on a website that uses flash player (ex. Youtube) on IE, Firefox, and Opera, the browsers crashes.
I managed to install Opera 10 via the classic installer and it was sucessfully installed. But now, when I try to open Opera, I get two error messages. One saids The OPERA.EXE file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:DuplicateTokenEX and the other saids A device attached to the system is not functioning
I have a IBM Thinkpad 770 laptop running Windows 95B. I want to install Opera on it as IE5 and FireFox 1 are useless. When I try to install Opera, I get a Error 1723 message saying that a DLL required for the install can not be run. How can I get around this?
