How can I backup my outlook folders? I can use the native export because I get that MAPI error each time. Is there some software or should I just go backup the actual outlook folder files that reside on my pc?

HP claimed that DVD X COPY rewrites your DVD writer drivers and you can't do anything to resolve besides recovery. I didn't buy it.

How can I get system restore to create a restore point on a time schedule (such as 3pm everyday)? I put the event in Task Scheduler, but I have the feeling it will just bring up the application and won't actually create the restore point. CougarTrace

Hi all, I recently had a PC crash so I had to reintall XP home edition. Of course when you do that you also have to reapply all the critical updates. I've done this. However, the little MS update taskbar icon won't go away. It keeps telling me I need to download and install this critical patch,but I've aleady installed it. No matter how many times and I download and install, it keeps showing telling me I need the patch. How do I correct this? CougarTrace
