    nLite 1.1

On the cosmetic side, I would enjoy being able to put in a custom wallpaper.

    Office XP

Is this possible to run a unattended install bat file in the "Run Once" section of the Nlite? I would add the following to a bat file and put the cd in the other drive: ECHO. ECHO Installing Office XP Professional with Frontpage ECHO Please wait... start /wait f:\setuppro.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb- I have done this with just the cd alone (not during install) and it works great. Can this be done? Also, is it possible to add the office xp files etc to the nlite Iso and burn into to a DVD and use the run once?
  5. That was a rather quick reply, thanks. How would I capture the regkey for it. I understand what u mean by capturing it, but what is the regkey? Found a proggie that supposedly does it called directfolder, but its a pay folder. I wonder what regkeys they used.
  6. Whenever I want to "save as" in any of the programs I use (Firefox, MSN Messenger etc) the "save as" window is always its normal size after I expand it. It remains expanded until I reboot but then the "save as" window becomes small again. Anyone know how to resize it and keep it resized? Registry tweak is fine too. Please delete my other post on this subject as the heading does not follow proper msfn.org rules.
  7. There was, I have it on my windows installation, but the link to the file was deleted. Works perfectly.
  8. I dont frequent or trust most peoples opinions in forums; however, I trust everyones here and im sorry for posting this off topic post here. I just bought a glare screen, where do I connect the ground cord? Would it be sufficient to connect it to the outside of the power cable? Again im sorry, but any help would be great.

  10. I would have replied a while ago, but was at class. Everything up and running, without Windows Messenger installed, sweet!
  11. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=24031 As quoted and linked to in the nlite forum (which I should have read): "The reson is, that XP Setup search for the following files in the CD Root : WIN51 WIN51IP WIN51IP.SP1 WIN51IP.SP2"
  12. Made the iso with Nlite, and did not change any settings. Opened iso image with Nero, and just burned it.
  13. I slipstreamed Windows XP and SP2 using nlite and whenever I boot, then hit any key to boot from cd...., it opens up the screen where u can install third party drivers etc, and then says something to the effect: "Put Windows XP CD in A: and then hit Enter". Am I doing something wrong? It happens when I make an unattended and when I do not check "make unattened". One note, I do not have a floppy drive in my computer, I have my hard drive partioned to C: and D:, my CDroms are E: and F:. I boots from the CD just fine, why is it asking for A:? Please explain what I have to do? Thank you. Yes, before you flame, I know im stupid.
