Hi, will this work on post installations of windows that have userrs that have already login in? thanks

Sorry to sound like a noob but will this work on computer that have already being setup and have users already log-on? Or does this only work when installing windows for teh first time? Im going CRAZY trying to find a solution that will disable these visualeffects for machines that are already set-up. cheers
