Well where i work we run Dell Optiplex and Latitude systems (and some poweredge servers) havent had any problems removing that partition. Made even made a nice unattended setup cd for instalation of new machines...

yes thats how it is turned off... Well i always disable that on my PC (and disable everything in Performance Settings button except for smooth fonts and show window contents while dragging) well every so often the window min/max animation turns its self back on! it really annoys me that it turns its self back on all the time, happens on a number of computers i have noticed...

5th August 4:50pm AEST here and still no sp2! guess i'll have to wait till friday!
