I installed using the 7elite64 config file along w/ the WIM tweak by Liquid0624. I am having these pretty regular crashes (Kernel-Power ID 41). I am trying to figure out how to turn back on the minidump function. It is greyed out in the Startup / Recovery settings. I have pagefile active. CrashControl in the registry is also not there. Is there any way I can turn this on w/o having to reinstall windows? And if I do have to reinstall -- what do I have to remove the the WIM tweak/ vLite config?

Hey - just did a fresh install of Win 7 x64 yesterday and tried the updated 7elite64 preset. I'm having issues with my Wacom tablet drivers not working after a reboot. Is there anything in the preset that would cause this? I also lost my function keys and media key functionality. I can't find anything that was removed w/ the batch files or in the vLite preset that would cause this. Any help is appreciated! --chris

All three of those things are included. I misread Blackviper... I thought it might have had something to do with my internet.

I've installed it 'for real' over a dozen times. It always joins the network immediately no matter what. Using your ultra preset it actually installs 10-15 minutes faster than with fewer things removed... I haven't figured out what speeds it up so much yet. I'm going to try it again putting Remote Access Auto Connection Manager back in.

I have installed several successful builds on VMWare last night and today and I thought I had a winner... ...but it still hangs on network connection when actually installed. I don't get it.

I installed an unmodified version of windows and it worked fine. It had the same bth files/drivers installed. The bluetooth icon pops up on my bar. I think they hid it inside Devices and Printers. I couldn't even get into windows with that one. I did try unchecking UAC and Run Legacy CPL, but still wouldn't get passed the networking stall. I'm going to give a modified ultra a shot. You can also run> bthprops.cpl to get into the bluetooth options.

Still can't find what's stalling... bluetooth_v01.ini

My last two builds are stalling on connecting to the network on setup. Has anyone had this?

Liquid, I'm starting to remove stuff one by one to try and work my way up to your Ultra settings to figure out what's making bluetooth not work. Go buy a keyboard so you have a reason to figure it out =D

So, bluetooth services needs >> Remote Procedure Call (RPC), which also needs: o DCOM Server Process Launcher o RPC Endpoint mapper I started all of these services and it still won't work. And ever since last night I can't login to this forum on my PC. Frustrating.

Tried to turn on Modem/Printer hardware support and LLTD -- still not working. I don't know how to do VMWare, so I don't think I have the patience to keep reinstalling =x

BTHSERV, HIDSERV -- those are the two? I didn't see them listed in vLite anywhere. I did turn them back on once I was reinstalled, but it's still pooched. I think maybe UPNP needs to be on maybe? Edit: Ehh looks like bluetooth needs QoS.

Any ideas on what was removed from Liquid's preset that would kill bluetooth? I also noticed the gadget icon still shows up in the context menu.

Has anyone had an issue with bluetooth pairing... I got an error 80004002.

Meh... I installed the 'russian' 16385 and it installed at 11gigs. I just installed the new one and it's 14.7gigs after running the Ultra profile in vLite... I don't get it.

So, are the elite/ultra presets no good for RTM? I'm sitting at 11gigs for a full install and I don't really know enough to putz around with Vlite myself.
