i'm afraid this can't be done, i mean u can't make ur shutdown dialog box animated, cuz when u change the bitmaps in msgina.dll, u r allowed to change bitmaps, only with .bmp files, and not with .gif files

NOTE: if u make DefaultHide at Unattended mode then OS setup won't work as ur winnt.sif says

just open up Resource Hacker and locate SMSS.exe file in I386, then u can change what do u want

man first of all when u make wallpaper u must be careful cuz, u must make the wallpaper 16bit and then after u make the bootscreen u must make it in format .EX_ open run and then write in cmd and press enter, after u make it locate ur ntoskrnl.exe (bootscreen), so if u bootscreen is in D:\Setup then write cd "D:\Setup and press enter, after u make this then write makecab ntoskrnl.exe and the job is done, i hope i was clear
