I just got a new laptop today and it has windows 8 in it. I hate it and want to put windows 7 on can I do that without it messing anything up.

I think I'll stay with Windows 7 for I am used to it. As for 8 I have windows 8 that I was able to buy for 14.95 when I got a new computer bought it but never put it in. I hear some much about how people are going back to win7

i was going to restore it but can't cause it has a cracked LCD screen have it hook to a monitor but that won't show anything till it loads up so i can't reformat it

i have sold a laptop and want to change the owner name without reformatting the drive is there a way to do this so when something is done my name don't show it will show theres instead

yes wish i could find the manuals on these LOL but haven't had any luck on it.

I have a Compaq Presario CQ60-215DX Notebook PC and it don't have the lightscribe burner in it but i have a Hp G60-230OUS Notebook and would like to change the cd drives in it and was wondering it that will work or not. thank you Daniel
