  1. I've got IpTest installed & running. (http://tihiy.ahanix.org/IpTest.zip extract dll & exe into \windows\system and run install.reg.) When I right-click on the tray icon, selecting 'Network Status' causes the error ... 'Function GetAdaptersInfo is not supported by the operating system' Doing this again produces no response at all. Any suggestions would be welcome. Running win98FE 4.10.1998 with all microsoft updates & Windows 98 USB Mass Storage Device Drivers (http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/win98fe-usb-mass-storage-drivers.php)
  2. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem with the last free version of Diskeeper on Win98FE? The installation appears to be almost complete before the error occurs. In the error log: 'This edition of Diskeeper is not supported on this version of Windows. See the Table of Editions in the Diskeeper Readme.txt file for a list of supported operating systems. Setup will now exit' This was using the exe file from http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1207 Also tried dklite.zip from http://www.findfiles.com with the same result. (& the Readme.txt does say Diskeeper Lite is supported on windows 98.) Using win98FE. DCOM version 4,71,0,3328 is installed (DCOM98 1.3, build 3328.1) See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/235638/ The DCOM98.EXE install file came from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en What to try next? Thanks for any help.
