hi guys, u can connect PC to switch with straight or cross-over cable. what is the diffrence between these two ways? is cross over faster than straight cable ?

OK guys, finally, i found the solution of that. when unplugged one client (XP OS) the browse is OK as well as it was but when plug this client its very bad. is it viruse on XP only?

thnxx ror replying the connection is very good for that length 140M and its depend on the type of cable. about the managment port is it like serial port(com)? now iam think about it is virus in XP client?

hi guys, i have a network to share files ,printer and internet.i have 16-port switch connect 14 PCs,router and another 16-port swich. the second connect 10 PCs and two switches 8-port with other PCs. My network was very good until the second 8-port switch installation. now my network is good in file transfer,internet connection(TCP/IP) BUT in the browsing it is very bad.we cannot browse the other PCs. we try to use "net view" command or "Find Computer" to find and browse the PCs but it was failed. the max. cable distance btween switch and PC is 140M. what can i do to browse my network well again??

yes my subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 but my DNS Server not:70.XX.XX.XXX what about the Proxy? how to choose it?

this site know from my IP that iam not connect with its own dialup No. for this reason it is banned me !!! i got the message that my IP is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and this servise is provide to those that connect with the dialup No. xxxxxxxxxx

hi guys, my PC {intel P4 2.8 , 256 RAM , MSI MB} is shutting down and sometimes restarting when trying to load hi applications like games(i.e GTA) and when it operates for long time period it can sutting down too. what do you think about that problem? what can i do or change to regain my PC?

Ok dear, my problem is when i try to browse some sites its required that i must log into the internet with these own No. (dialup connection). but my connection is ADSL then i can't browse these sites. but i can log into sites which is hosted on my ISP network. are you have another idea to browse these sites. thnx for your reply.

hi guys, there is some sites unable to open while you log to the internet using certain No. But my conection is ADSL, then can I know the DNS of this sites to log with it or anybody have another idea..... regards
