I just did a test and using SP2 version of the file has no problems, so why do I need the hotfix and where can I get it as I have not seen a hotfix for this.

I am having that same problem too but is it because we are using Nlite version 1.47 and 1.48. I had created an unattended xp before using 1.46 for sp2 and I had no problems so is it to do with nlite or sp3? What if we use the this (TIMEZONE.HT_) timezone file from SP2 and paste it on top of the new in SP3. See if that works. Tell me what happens if you tried this.
