Hiii All, I guess Im a pretty typical Aussie female, pretty down to earth, call a spade a spade and can be a bit of a larikin. 4 years ago, a girlfriend introduced me to Chat. Up until that time, I had never seen a keyboard, let alone a computer. WELL, I took to it like a duck to water, and it has changed my life to a greater degree. On the 6th of September. I board a plane to England for two months, and also traveling to Ireland and to Paris. This all came about because of the pc. I have met such wonderful people on the net, many of them in person, and Im off to stay in Essex, with a lovely lady I met 4 years ago in a chat room, and who has since become one of my closest friends.
I am amazed at what I have learnt over the years as far as being ''computer literate'' and i would be lost without "forums". The experience and the generousity of the people that take time to answer our problems and help us solve our issues, is overwhelming. Where would we (and our wallets) be without them, and I for one extend my heartfelt thanks.
