HI, Craigan89 I think you found the problem! I just did what you said and change my tasks to disabled the startup option and modify my idle tiem to 1 hour. I've also rescheduled the task to my lunch break, wich is at 11:30 instead of 12:00. That anoying disk activity is gone! Thanks a lot!
