    Wow what a helpfull post this is I'm having exactly the same problem. I have read a bunch of posts guides etc.. but nowhere a clear answer. I'm also trying to install XP Pro with SP3 and using nLite 1.4.7. My WINNT.SIF file looks the same and is in the I836 folder. I'm trying nothing special (like drivers, programs not even tweaking) yet I can't make it work. Is this a bug wit SP3 and nLite 1.4.7?
