I am writing a thesis right now. I am using EndNote X1, whick is compatible with Word2007. I imported APA 5th (Theses) from EndNote X1 and started writing on it. However, when I tried to build TOC, it only shows incomplete heading. Heading 4 doesn't appear. According to the APA 5th, if I use three level, I have to use Heading 1, 3 and 4. Please help me. :wacko:

Hi all, I am new here. I want to do the same as TS. It's because my cddrive isn't working anymore. I have a Toshiba Portege A200 and also the image of its recovery dvd. Here is the screen shot of the content of the image. My question is, how to install xp from HD using that image? Note. It seems that it is impossible to use current cddrive. Replacing it is too costly. So, please don't advise me to boot from cd.
