  1. who thoght that enabling hibedsleep will disable hibernation, thanks a lot for your help that actually fixed my months long issue.

  3. Take off the hardware if it is possiable, remove all the drivers, use the " ccleaner" software to remove the unwanted registrey entries, reboot the machine, install the hardware and software again and see if that helps.
  4. thanks for helping me here, however this link dosen't help me at all, infect it was out of subject. my actual problem is i don't have hibernate option in my vista. please let me know if there is anything elso you know about the issue, any help would be appriciated. Thanks
  5. Hello Guys, I need help with hibernate issue, I am using vista business edition, i did cleanup hard drive by using option shown in hd properties(Disk Cleanup). Ever since i lost hibernate option from vista, i looked so many places online, i found one statement every website that go to control panel and type "powercft /hibernate on". microsoft also says the same thing. but it is still not working for me, i don't have hibernate option. I just don't want to reinstall vista since i have lot of costomization done.
