  1. Hmmm... thanks. I have written an *.cmd file and it works 50% If I run the script (*.cmd) file the computer would install the certificate but he ask "are you sure to install the certificate" With AutoIt V3 have I the same problem! He ask the same... "are you sure to install the certificate" Is there a (other) solution?
  2. Hello everybody, Is it possible, with a unattended XP installation CD, to install a certificate automatically? On this moment can I install a computer with a unattended CD but after the installation I must manual install the certificate (double click on it, YES, YES, are you sure?, etc, Next, Finish...) How can I do that?
  3. Hello everybody, I have Symantec Anti-Virus Version:8.1.0.825 But now I wil installed this software unattended with a managed installation. In the manually setup I can add the server path for a automatically (managed) update. But how can I created that automatically with a MSI or batch-file? (I would add that file later in a unattended cd-setup from Windows XP pro) Thanks for any suggestion.
  4. I have try it again. And the followed error have I found. In the Winnt.sif file there is a rule: OemPreinstall=Yes If I change that command in "no" windows installed the correct keyboard settings. Perhaps a bug? But thank you for your sollution. It works by my unattended file! Greetings, Andries.

  6. I have try it on difference computers but it doesn't worked! If I add the start /wait %systemdrive%\Windows\Options\Java_VM\j2re-1_4_2_04-windows-i586-p.exe /s /v"/qn ADDLOCAL=jrecore IEXPLORER=1" in the Java.cmd file and [GuiRunOnce] Java.cmd in my Winnt.sif Windows installed Java silent but I don't see any results! Perhaps that the installation location the problem is?I don't know what I can change so that it is well works automatically.

  8. Yes, I know. But I would add a new user with an encrypted password. And the user is created in a batch file after the installation.

  11. Hello everybody, I have made a unattended installation with Windows XP PRO + SP1a. That works great! But now the problem: In the winnt.sif file is add the followed command lines [GuiRunOnce] Java.cmdThe Java.cmd file contains the line start /wait %systemdrive%\Windows\Options\Java_VM\j2re-1_4_2_04-windows-i586-p.exe /s /v"/qn ADDLOCAL=jrecore IEXPLORER=1"But Java files (*.class files) don't worked after this silent installation. If I run the Java installation after the silent Java installation, JAVA don't worked! If I installed Windows XP PRO + SP1a unattended and I run the JAVA installation manually, the JAVA files worked correctly! If I installed Windows XP PRO + SP1a unattended and I run the JAVA installation with a batchfile with the same command line as above, the JAVA files worked correctly! What is wrong?
  12. I have already try that! But if I copy the encrypted text into net user administrator "encrypted text" or net user administrator encrypted text (without quotes) the Password is wrong. (I mean, I must type the complete encrypted text and that's not my hobby)
  13. ehhh.... the followed problem do I no have: The password from the administrator is now un-encrypted in the batch file. net user Administrator {password}But is it possible that I make a batchfile with a encrypted password?

Look in the example from winnt.sif (http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/examples.htm) There is by [unattended] KeyboardLayout="United Kingdom" but If I try it, there is a error during te installation and he is going rebooting. Perhaps it is working by you? KeyboardLayout="French canada" I have got the same problem! Look here
  15. Ehhh... I don't know where te location of the recycle bin is. But you can use TweakUi for automatically empty your recycle bin. Or by the settings of your recycle bin you change the properties delete now dutch: (bestanden niet naar de prullenbak verplaatsen wanneer deze worden verwijderd maar direct wissen)

  18. I have try the register method but I does'nt work! The following have I do. * Go to Control Panel * change the Keyboard settings to language dutch en keyboardsettings to English (VS) * Delete the other keyboard settings * reboot windows * open REGEDIT and export the settings from: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International If I have installed the unattended windows XP installation and I click double on the *.reg file he give the message: importing regfile successfully. But if I restart my computer he has got the old keyboard settings. What do I wrong?
  19. It is't possible! The (unattended) full automatically novell installation is build with a special user account. But I have got a idea. If I restart windows, is it possible that I run once the Novell installation? E.g. If I make a cmdline.txt with the commands of the novell installation (script) and I place it in the root of the $oem$ folder (is this all what I must do or must I add a command in the winnt.sif file?) from Windows XP pro Is Windows running this file AFTER the reboot?
  20. I have the following problem: If I install windows with a unattended file he installed windows XP + add users. Windows must rebooting for "refreshing?" the users. And then I can installed Novell. But now he installed windows XP + Users + Novell and... WRONG failed to installed Novell. How can I refresh the users without rebooting the Windows XP machine? Or can I rebooted windows and after the reboot I run once the Novell installation?
