  1. Sorry for not mentioning the Windows version... The problem I faced was on Windows Vista Enterprise Edition
  2. Hi guys, I want to run a batch file (only once) when the first login of the newly created user. I set a string value in HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run but it did not run the string value I set and I could not find the string value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. I assume that after I set the string value in HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, the string value will be copied to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run on the creation of new user, is that correct? Is there any other way to set startup running batch after login? Thank you
