As said by Shark007, it seems all ok. Have you tried to use a different server? Before the download starts you can choose which one to use. If it doesn't work, I can upload it elsewhere, wherever you want (mediafire, megaupload, etc.)

I don't understand very well what you're saying, but remember these points: - at the moment XP SP3 is not a final version - when a MS software is not in the final version, it is often only in english - you can't install or integrate a SP that is not matching your OS language To install SP3 in your system you have to wait a couple of months or more, when the final SP3 will come out in every language.
