I leave it blank for my administrator password. And now i try to enter my administrator password, it say invalid parameter... ...

I can't login into my WinXP after live update my windows. It keep on ask me to enter password, but i didn't set password for my account b4. And i try administrator account, also the same problem. What is the problem here? Please help....

Yo guys, I ran into a problem... I was happily playing Doom 3, when a dialog box came out saying that the automatic update thing was complete, and needed to restart the computer...so I saved my game and quit to restart. After restarting, it came to the Log In screen, I clicked my name and it asked me to type me password.....huh?! First, before updating, I never came to the Log In screen, bc I never entered a password during the installation of XP, but after updating, it asked me to enter a password, the problem is, I DON'T HAVE ONE!!!

Hi everyone, Thanks for reply. I try to set the port forwarding in my route so i can use remote desktop to do some work in my office computer. But it can't connect the computer in the office. What should i put the port number is public port and private port? It is port 3389? I set the public port and private port number to 3389 and i using TCP and the IP address is my computer IP address, but still can't connect to this computer, what i had leave? Thx Aska

I want to connect from my house to my office computer using remote desktop, and i know my public IP address, but i still unable to connect from home to office's computer. Hi everyone, I had a problem to my windows XP. When there is a windows is activate and is focus on that windows, all my desktop icon will be missing. And i try to minimize the windows and click on my desktop, and there are no respone on it, no pop up menu. Until i press the button "Show Desktop", and it will recover to normal, but once i activate any windows again, the problem will come back. What had happen to my windows, can anyone help me? Thanks.

hi everyone, I have a customer want to transfer his Windows XP Professional from old harddisk to new harddisk. His computer currently have 2 OS, 1 is Windows 98 & Windows XP. He want to transfer Windows XP to new harddisk and remain the Windows 98 in the oldhard. Windows 98 install in Primary partition and Windows XP install in Logical Partition. So, how i going to transfer his windows xp to new harddisk, please help. Thanks Aska
