Ok, getting past the Memory issue, reducing it seemed to work. However I am now at a new roadblock! I am using sysprep 2.0 on an XP SP2 build. This virtual image is going to be sysprepped and then a WIM file created. I have copied all the required files to C:\Sysprep directory. In this directory I have the sysprep.inf file. See sysprep.inf below: [unattended] UpdateInstalledDrivers=Yes DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore OemSkipEula=Yes InstallFilesPath=C:\options\i386 TargetPath=\WINDOWS [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword=* EncryptedAdminPassword=NO OEMSkipRegional=1 OemSkipWelcome=1 [userData] ProductKey=DELETED FOR SECURITY FullName="DELETED FOR SECURITY" OrgName="DELETED FOR SECURITY" [Display] Xresolution=1024 YResolution=768 Vrefresh=60 [GuiRunOnce] [setupMgr] DistFolder=C:\options\i386 DistShare=windist [identification] [Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes [NetProtocols] [params.MS_TCPIP] [sysprep] BuildMassStorageSection=Yes [sysprepMassStorage] I have left this section blank Now, I have used NLITE TO add SATA drivers to the build. Do I somehow need to add these massstorage drivers to the inf file? if so how do I do this correctly? Many thanks as always to anyone who can help me. Kindly, ~G
