Thats what i do as well If you are using vista, and you intergrate sp3 into the cd, it will not work when you get to the licence key request! Ie it will not accept most keys such as vlk! i have no idad why but i guess it is to do with how nlite or the way it intergrates on a vista system which is causing the errors.

Intergrating wont work properly on a vista system. I had the exact same problem as you and found this out. If you want to intergrate sp3 into your xp disk then use nlite on an xp sp2 system. I did this by using a virtual machine with xpsp2 on it and intergated it on that. It works fine now

Could you not just boot into vista in safemode, then you can uninstall the drivers, restart and install the new card?
