I Want To Patch The Files Into SP2.CAB File. I Expanded Cabinet File & Edited Some Files I Want. But I Confused About To Create .CAB File From Directory. Plz Tell ME What Command Used to Create .CAB File (makecab).

One More Thing That I have Created My Own Bootskin By Editing ntoskrnl.exe., it looks nice in resource hacker. but when installing in vmware n real installation it looks very dirty like colours are not good. note image i used converted in 16 colours. bcoz ntoskrnl supports only 16 colours. tell me where i m wrong to do? note : first: edited ntoskrnl coz my second system has pentium 4 single core cpu. second: saved and give command "makecab ntoskrnl.exe" in command prompt. Third: then i replaced it into i386 folder. Fourth: then created win xp sp2 ua cd using unattend cd creator. all other replaced files like WINNTBBU.DLL,SHELL32.DL_,MSGINA.DL_,EXPLORER.EX_,Vista Sounds are created and replaced on i386(takes some time to create).are working properly. but boot skin not display like i want. if any have idea reply my topic

For your info i formatted complete hdd. than install sp2 but after formating and copying restart computer but hangs on ntoskrnl loading.my problem is not fake. i have windows xp sp3 cd actual sp2 with updates. it was install successfully.but not OEM,Retail SP2 cd. can i have to update my phoenix bios? if yes send me link to bios update utility. bcoz i haven't that.

But When Restart System Hangs When Windows XP BootScreen. Funny Fact Is When Install Windows XP SP1,Windows Server 2003,Windows 95/98,Mandrake Linux 2007,Fedora Core 7,Mac OS X 10.4.8,Windows XP SP3 (Downloaded From Internet). All Installation Suscessful And Working Perfactly & Smooth. Mac OS X 10.4.8 Also Works With Sound,VGA,Realtek LAN,Logitech QuickCam, All Working. I Dont Realize What's The Problem With Windows XP Service Pack 2 Installation. Bcoz All Other OS's Are Working That Means No RAM Problem. PLZ Help Me !

Hi, I Edited NTOSKRNL.EXE File And Replaced My Created bitmap 640 X 480 16 color.and Saved them. I Patched My saved File using windows unattend cd creator. i install my created xp image using vmware but i cant see my created bitmap.i only see windows default bitmap. can anyone tell me what step's i missing
