  1. If someone is interesting by a big list of hotfix for Vista, i have it ... - 247 hotfix in *.MSU and *.CAB files for Vista 32bits = 443 Mo non archived - 179 hotfix in *.MSU and *.CAB files for Vista 64bits = 281 Mo non archived + The *.MSU file for the DREAMSCENES This is the list for Vista 32bits hotfix : The three WUClient-SelfUpdate CAB file and the end are the 7.0.6000.381 version (I think it is the lastest ...) and the list of my 64bits hotfix: I could send you the full pack or some hotfix you want on MSN, send me your MSN adress on PM, and i will add you to share my hotfix ... and if you have one i haven't have, i'm interest ! (They are scanned with KIS 7.0.0.125, and no viruses)
  2. hi nuhi, and congratulation for your work ! i have some suggestions to do (don't know if anyone have done it yet) : - In the Hotfix section, an option to download critical and recommanded hotfix via internet, like "Windows Update Downloader" or like some other soft which offer that possibility, but an AIO with vLite could be amazing ! - Why some update file with *.EXE extension could'nt be add in hotfix section ? i'm thinking to the files "Windows-KB890830-V1.33.exe" (the MRT) and "WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe", they are important to the update of the unattend. Or we will must wait for addons like in nLite ? - An option to patch with vLite the UXTHEME.DLL to apply non-signed themes with the possibility like in nLite to choose the theme, wallpaper by default ... and the TCPIP.SYS tweaks too ... - that's all
  3. Hi every one, i have a little problem : I'm making an unattend DVD of Vista Ultimate 32bit with the full list of hotfix (i have 241 hotfix) and when i run the integration with vLite with the button APPLY, in the middle of the integration, i have a blue screen with an NTFS.SYS error ... It is the only bleu screen i have ever had in Vista ... i have ran RAM test, and it is all OK, full scan of CHKDSK and no problem to ... and this blue screen appears only with vLite. - Is it because i want to integrate too much KB ? (i don't know if it is on a specific KB that hapen ...) - Is it because of a vLite bug ? - If it isn't that, NTFS.SYS error want to tell one of my KB file is on a corrupted cluster or something else ? - And to finish, if someone have the real full list of KB for vista x86 and / or x64, i am interesting to share mine and to find the KB's i dont have... Or it is complety not recommending to integrate to much KB ? THX !! EDIT : I have just tried with Vista Update Integrator 0.9.1.1 Beta (sorry ^^) and it is the same thing, blue screen about 15-20min, i don't really see with which KB it appen.
  4. Hi, personaly i think you can add all the drivers you want, the installation of Vista will install THE better and newest driver for your hardware. On nLite for XP unattend, i added more 10 000 drivers in the CD and i haven't got any problems. But just one thing ... Vista on a P4 1.7Ghz ... ouch !! Must be sooo slow no ?
  5. Sure you can insert all the language you want with the lastest vLite 1.1 beta ! You must download the language pack of the language you want (FR, IT, GR, etc ) and you can add it in the unattend DVD that you will create with vLite ! They can be found on Windows Update on a Ultimate version (i don't know if it is possible with an another, i don't think, maybe enterprise edition that's all). The Language pack is an LP.CAB file for every language, so you must create directories "GREEK" with the LP.CAB inside. And during the installation on vista, you can select the language you want to install EDIT : Or the easiest way, you install one of your VISTA ULTIMATE, US or GREEK, and with Windows Update you DL the Language Pack you want, and with the control Panel you can switch between US and GREEK when you want. More practical i think ...
  6. i see, thx i'm looking for a CPU, and i love the Core2Quad Q6600 revision Q0, the best perf/price for me ... is it a 64bit CPU or there is only AMD64 ? because i dont like AMD ^^ If you are in 64bit mode, i have an another question ... it isn't a problem for appz a drivers, because they are not 64bit support... a 32bit appz run perfectly on a 64bit CPU/vista ?
  7. okay thx ! I tried to install a vista64 under VMware but vista doesn't start with an error message. It is impossible to emulate a 64bit virtual PC under a 32bit version ? I have a P4 3.6ghz, a shuttle SD31P, it will be OK if i reformate my hdd to install a 64bit edition, or i must have a 64bit processor ? If it's ok, the performances will be the same, better or worse than a 32bit ?
  8. First, i'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm french ... I have few questions : - I'm running on Vista Ultimate 32bit (created with vLite) and i will buy a new computer and i want to created the 64 bit edition. But i can't integrate Hotfixes and Language Pack for the 64bit edition under the 32bit ... is it normal or not ? How can i create a vista unattend 64bit under a 32bit ? - second question : for my 32bit version of vista unattend, i have downloaded the BIG full list of hotfixes (378 that i found on this site : http://www1.webng.com/xpsp3/ ). Is it ok ? Or will i have problems by intregated this full package ? because vLite is very very long to integrate all this hotfixes (4 or 5 hours). - Is there a website with vista addon for vlite like nlite ? Because i'm searching but i haven't found one ... I'm looking for addons to change the TCPIP max connections or it will be supported in the next version of vLite like in nLite ? Thanx, and sorry if my questions aren't clear ...
