I think u guys didn't understand wht i mean. Actually i want to change the background of error scan. This "error scan window" appear during scan after boot, when any error is occupied during computer shutdown. is it possible If yes then please tell me how can i do that

i create my windows xp professional unattended successfully, and it also work fine. but it work so slow. It take many time to logon and so ..... on....... The bottom line is, i want to make unattended xp with good performance. how can i do that.

Oh! man i got it.After few experiment now i m able to change my welcome screen successfully, if any body want to know then post message.

You can set desired screensaver and wallpaper in unattended installation. for that simply go to desktop display properties. -go to desktop tab -browse and select your desire wallpaper (same in screen saver) -Now go to theme tab -click on save as.. and save your edited theme in windows\resources\theme -now copy that theme and all supported file to $oem$\$$\resources\theme -And now open your winnt.sif file and set the new saved theme as default. Note:- Your desire wallpaper should be in same path when it was during you save the theme for example: In display properties, in desktop tab i browse wallpaper from \windows\web\wallpaper\NAME.jpg and i copied that wallpaper to \$OEM$\$$\web\wallpaper. i hope you can do that, i did this. if u r not satisfied. convay me i will give u a registery tweak, it will definately work but after doing from registry you will not been able to change your desktop wallpaper later until you delete that registry.

Yes, i used that one and created a welcome screen too. but extension of that file is .logonxp which windows can not support without Logon Studio. so i want to convert it to .exe extension. And after creating that welcome screen. How can i make it working with unattended xp? Please describe step by steup

I want to creat a Unattended of windows XP and want to change the looks also during setup and i did it also but when i tried that one in virtual pc it encountered a problem "value creation failed " at line 582." I thought that one is due to logonui.exe which i changed with edited one (because the problem occured at the time of logon). So is there is any easy way to creat my own welcome screen (logon screen) for my unattended xp. And one more thing. After installing fresh edited xp with my own looks in my system it runs slower that the original installation. How can i make it run fast?

Can i use it in RunOnceEx.cmd ? If yes then please describe how. Actually i want to add silent installer created using AutoIT script to RunOnceEx.cmd. Is it possible. I tried this with winamp but it didn't work.

Thank u guys for your help. But i want to mask my folder neither hide of invisible it. Actually i faced the same tweak in Active@boot or similar named application from rapidshare. I downloaded the bootable ISO file and when i extract that i got only few pdf files, i m not been able to find the supported files which make it working in DOS mode, Just like "Hiren's BootCD".

I want to hide folder (make folder invisible) on a CD. Is it possible? If it is possible then please advice me how can i do that. Or which software can do that. Thanx in advance..................
