thanks for the help.....this group is awesome.....you have to learn patient it seems that i had two files in the i386 folder.......unattend.txt and winnt.sif so i removed the old unattend a couple of problems: 1 2003 says during loading it can't find fxsclvr.chm and fxscov_s.chm but you can ESC out of them and keep loading......works fine? 2 when it reboots to the GUI mode, have to pull out cd on reboot or it goes back to a new setup instead of setup... so i let it error out and then push back in the CD and it catches up? Had problems with nLite getting all of my file setup for 2003 but I think is will be ok for slipstreaming hotfixes (next task) Also had a problem with "Windows Installer Helper Utility.....I think is not for 2k3 first problem.........not sure how to fix....? second one someone told be to see if I can find the "BOOTFIX.BIN" to fix it on the reboot....

i used Pyron way and load drivers great......see's SCSI HDD fine. how do you get it to do and unattend install using his way.. Do I need to use the switch winnt32.exe /u for setup or what? seem to skip the unattend part............???? Can you help me...

the driver are for HP DL360 I can send you the drivers if need be.... they work on many 2003's that I have go and running. 2000= used a winnt.sif file but 2003 OS sturcture is different and they MS wants you to use ADS.... I tried to make a cab and add it but got lost in all the write ups on green machine.... I also have one that loads the drivers but doesn't work with the unattend.txt or winnt.sif,, you have to have manual input... my email is also luv_Lafs@yahoo.com. that way we can work this out and i can send you what i have......done if you can help me thanks.

I would like to know if I can do this: install 2k3 server with RAID SCSI drivers without hitting f6 I want to boot off of a win98 floppy install the drivers load 2k3 via unattend? can someone help me i have tried a ton of things and nothing i have floppy i have the drivers i have the 2k3 CD I want to put this together and put on one CD and bootup and let it run! I have this working with 2k Ser & adv server. but 2k3 problems?

In the unattended.txt (winnt.sif) file i would like to partion my 20GB HDD in to 4gb and 16gb with in the unattended file also let it run without hit the c. So when i choose to repartion=yes is does the whole physical drive. I would like for it to do 4gb for the OS and name it c and 16gb as D??? IS this possbile??? any samples???? any links or place to research ??? thanks
