  1. I've got that question to... If you run the installation with WPI (is that RunOnceEx??) it does want to validate windows.. Do you know a possibility to skip that? I've got a legal version of windows, thats not the point, but I don't want any user-interaction. A silent installer and a way to skip (or automate) the validate process would be nice.
  2. same here ... [ XP SP2 english version ] did you see the post from Joe User 99? it solved my problem with the useraccount-panel.
  3. @ Joe User 99: Thanks, that did the job! As you can see it also messes up the menu of NotePad and Paint (probably even more programs).. Is there also a way to solve this one?
  4. Hello, I've intergrated IE7 with nLite and everything seemed to be fine. After a few hours I saw that my useraccount-panel was messed up. So I created a new install disc with nLite without integrating IE7 (only SP2). With this install is the useracocunt-panel as it should be. So I created a new install disc with SP2 and IE7 integrated by nLite. De usseraccount-panel is messed up again.. So I'm pretty sure that integrating IE7 causes this problem. Does anyone now how to prevent/fix this problem? It seems like a register key (where the location to those missing images are places) is messed up...
  5. link is death... Is there a possibility (when the link comes up again) to integrate the .cab file by using svcpack.inf?
  6. I've integratet IE7 with nLite. But when I do that, there are icon's missing after the installation. I think this happens because nLite uses some RegTweaks...

    IE7 Direct Addon

B)--> QUOTE(chris.b @ Nov 24 2006, 09:44 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Once again : Just dl the one matching your OS here and select it as a hotfix. You have to directly integrate - what is nlites default. is the a possibility to integrate the exe from svcpack.inf? When I integrate IE7 with nLite, the program removes my svcpack.inf. So I rather don't use nLite...
  8. I would like to do almost exactly the same as TS. De only thing different is that I want to integrate the latest HotFixes and my LAN/AUDIO/VIDEO drivers. What is the best way to integrate HotFixes from windows? Just load all the HotFixes in nLite, of use a batch file to installe alle the HotFixes RunOnce? edit: 11:59 I managed to Intergrate SP2 and IE7 with nLite, I used the WMP11 Integrator tool to integrate WMP11. That worked fine. Now I want to integrate the HotFixes from windows, but when I drag al the HotFixes to the HotFix en Update windows in nLite I get an error... I've downloaded all de drivers with Windows Update Tool, there is a batch file in it. Should I copy these files to the installation disc and run the INSTALL.bat in the RunOnce mode?
