  1. Okay! Hey, who'd o' thought life could be so easy? Thanks for the advice. Mike.
  2. I hope you don't think I'm trying to do something untoward. Maybe I phrased my question poorly, indicating ignorance on my part. All I'm trying to do is to uninstall Office 2002 on my computer so that my employer can reinstall it on her new rig. As far as I understand the situation MS will allow installation on a limited number of machines. I am trying to uninstall the application, so that it can be reinstalled on another machine. Mike.
  3. I recently installed my boss's copy of Office 2002 Small Business on my home computer so that I could do some work at home. I thought that since this copy was some four years old my boss wouldn't miss it because she had probably upgraded to a more recent version. The install went fine and I activated the product, so I am able to assume that the copy is not being used on another computer. However, my boss has informed me that I will have to deactivate my installation due to some kind of system upgrade she is about to perform in her office. My question is simply how do I deactivate the MS product key? How will MS know that I've uninstalled my copy? Mike.
  4. Greetings, and a very warm g'day to you all from Australia. Mike.
