    Hi .I was having the same problem .I had to contact Joyce at Microsoft support to resolve the problem.This problem is caused by some of the files not being properly replaced when using updates.You can contact her at v-30jlia@mssuport.microsoft.com.Very professional .

    Been reading forums on MSFN for quite some time;decided to register today.I am an avid Win 98 se user,hate to give up on this system.I hope to learn new tricks from this site ,and maybe to pass on some I have learned over the years.
