kk, I did the following: I installed the application then I registered it manually, then I browesed to the TWO keys you mentioned and exported the entire key, so now I have TWO registery fle Now I opened a blank document and named t powerdvd.reg I copied all entries from both TWO files and paste it in the file, there were some entries has NO values under it, so I removed it but NOTHING CHANGED what could be wrong
