    I am only running Windows Defender. I have not installed any antivirus or firewall software.

    I believe it has something to do with the partition size. Not sure what the limits are, but XP does have them. Programs such as Partition Magic will let you create FAT32 partitions of just about any size, and XP will recognize them.

    nLite dies while trying to apply any of the RVMUpdatePack files. I have previously been able to make these updates, but for some reason now nLite closes or crashes with no error message. nLite works fine when I'm not adding an RVMUpdatePack. I can't seem to find any program log files to post, but the session files are below. I am using nLite v1.3.5 on Windows Vista Ultimate. The hard drive is formatted in NTFS. I made sure all file permissions and ownership were correct for my user name. This is my Last session.ini from the source folder: Last session_u.ini: Any help would be most appreciated. Nick
