  1. How much more unattended do you want it ?!?
  2. Just tried that... no effect whatsoever. It still installs to windows.0
  3. Hello everyobody. This is my first post here, but lurking for a while now I made an unattended CD for myself with nLite. Everything runs great... except ONE thing In the "DOS" part of the setup, where you get the choose the partition and drive where you want Windows to be installed, it never asks me what directory I want it in. I know it defaults to C:\Windows. My problem is, whenever I reinstall windows I always have the setup program overwrite the existing installation in "c:\windows". Now, it doesn't ask me anymore where I want to install it. After it's done installing it installs to C:\windows.0 or windows.1 etc.... which is so annoying. What can I do ? Should I take out the default c:\windows answer in the "answer file" ? Would that make the setup prompt me where I want to install and actually overwrite the installation in that folder if necessary ? Thanks for any ideas guys.
  4. Use google and you'll find all the answers you're looking for. It's really not that hard to do.
