I removed many programs and utilitys that i wasen't using but today i ended digging up a 120gb hard drive which has bad sectors i ended up getting hdd regenerator but i don't have floppy support on this xp is there any 3rd party software that i can format and make a bootable floppy i know i can make a bootable cd but that is not an option. Thanks

mike rosen Posted June 18, 2007 Author Posted June 18, 2007 sorry if you miss understood im not having a problem making a boot disk the problem im having is i removed all floppy support in xp so when i plug in a floppy drive it dosent know what it is and it cannot read/write floppy's.thanks for the help thoughmy best bet is to get another machine running and do it on there or create another nlite xp but this time with floppy support installed.
