x64 with 2 discs question

hi! i dont know how i should proceed, i have a x64 xp pro, but on 2 discs. i want to make a single dvd iso, but i dont know how i should create my installation folder. do i dump the content of both disc in one folder or will nLite ask for it later on?

If its like Server 2003 R2, I think you just put both contents into one folder.
