Vista64 burn to 700MB CD?

Hi, please tell me can vista64 be smalled to <700MB?

I try vLite, but when finishing (~4.5gb smaller instalation) i choose to do smaller install ISO, but pop-up an error "Cant read image" or something

Please help, I'm on XP 32bit now (if this is the problem), please write me

The error is

"Error while accesing image.

- The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

But I don't do anything other, cloesed all programs, only vLite running

Help me pls :cry:

If you changed the temp folder in the options click Default to reset it then try.

Also have at least 4GB free.
