random odd problems?

Not sure how to explain it, but alot of times when im just randomly browsing through internet explorer, or even just opening up programs, things come to a halt.

By that i don't mean it by, my computer completely freezes, it just wont let me open up more programs, and more windows on internet explorer, and this might really help, when i right click no menus come up(like when i right click on my desktop, it doesn't popup the "properties" "new" or any of that. When i try to run task manager(cntrl+alt+delete), it doesn't want to come up. It usually happens when i have alot of windows open. I usually have to close some windows for things to come up, such as the right click menu thing, task manager, etc.

I really have no clue what this is about, i'm just tired of having to restart everytime this happens.

Anyone have a clue? Ill see if i can run a scan of spyware and viruses tomorrow. I'll also take screenshots of it and post it here if i run to it again.
