icfgnt.dll + msoobe.exe 're missing or fail?

I'd been completed my CD setup with add-on:

1. UniKey v4.0 (typer kit, because I'm Vietnamese)

2. TotalCmd v6.56

3. Windows Media Player 11

4. Foxit PDF Reader

5. FireFOX

6. ACDSee32

and more...

-It's avtivated Windows:

-Themes added.

but it's stilling some errors:

1. unabled run msoobe.exe and it's not found in %WINDIR%\System32\OOBE folder.

2. appear a error about ICFGNT.DLL during setup process ( just one time)

-"VistaXP" Themes's added but can not make default theme by VistaXP althought Themes service 's run+ icons & wallpaper & cursor 're belong theme 'd loaded in desktop and make theme default in nLite, it appears "Modified Theme" in Display Properties at first boot.

So, who can help me HOW TO MAKE DEFAULT THEME? & HOW CAN FIX ICFGNT.DLL ERROR WITH ABSOLUTE?

swlov, it's not normal to get the missing oobe, that's only possible if you removed OOBE or your install is totally broken.

Try once without the addons and see which one is causing it. You can use virtual machines for the testing.

ICFGNT.DLL is probably the same cause.

I'll check the theme.

to nuhi: I'd been checked that problem in VM (virtual PC v5.0) but still this error... and add a ques: how to set destop's icons to large? and set to Auto agrrange + lock desktop's icons... what's command line to set volume host drive and how to set multi boot with boot.ini by XP menu boot (msdos 6.22 and xp)?
