Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but is there any way to automate this?

i.e. once i've installed Windows XP, fp4autl.dll is already in \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\40\bin\

Any help would be appreciated, this is the last thing I have to overcome to make my ULTIMATE usb key :P
