Systray.exe 4.10.0.2224 on Win98FE?

It is possible to hex-edit systray.exe for Win98FE to implement same changes of systray.exe 4.10.0.2224?

The advantage is visualization of usb icon tray, when I insert usb flash disk.

PS: I've just changed icons in Win98FE systray.exe with 4.10.2224 systray.exe , is there other to make?
