Access to form field options

Hi folks,

Thanks in advance.

I've created a Word doc with drop-down form fields as a survey for members. I have all the replies back and exported them into a spreadsheet. For each drop-down I gave the members 5-6 subjective options (e.g. "like", "indifferent", "don't like", "strongly dislike"). There were many questions with similar options. I was hoping I could easily rank the results in the spreadsheet using something like vLookup, but for this I need all my options. Regardless of what I try I can't seem to find a way to get a softcopy of the choices I gave the members. I can see them in my drop-down lists, but I'm reluctant to retype for fear I'll make a small mistake and invalidate my lookup table.

Is there a way I can get to the code behind the bookmark whith my options? I've looked at the XML doc, but it suggests the options are in w:data. I am lost in VB or XML

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Richard.
