Intel SRCS28X Raid Controller - no floppy.

I am a systems engineer , but an nLite newb.

Trying to slip the drivers into a 2003 Server R2 SP1 cd with nlite.

So I downloaded the only driver listed on Intel's website...

It does not say anything about TEXTMODE - but it is the only one there and seams to have the necessary oemsetup.inf and txtsetup.oem files. (I choose oemsetup.inf with nLite.

All I am choosing in nLite only to insert the driver, and make a bootable ISO as my options. Other than asking me for the path of where the driver is, nlite does not ask me any more question or give me any option to configure anything else.

The CD does not find the hard drive when I start the install. Are there other options I can configure or am I missing anything?

I tried it and it does ask, I presume you just extracted the inf file. You have to extract the all files from that driver archive into some empty folder prior integration selection.

It does ask what? What asks what? nLite for me to use textmode? Where?

I unzipped all of the files into the directory I pointed nLite to. After selecting it, the only thing is asks me is it for Windows 2000 RAID driver or Windows 2003 RAID driver, and I picked 2003.

And that's it. That list is the texmode, you can change the radio button to the pnp-only mode, btw don't do it.

If it didn't work then it maybe isn't the right driver, try the intel matrix storage driver, I use it for the ICH8R controller on P965 and it works.
