Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what I should type in the profiles path and temp folder path in the unattended section of nLite, to change my Documents and Settings folder from C:\ to D:\

For documents and settings put:

D:\Documents and Settings

But be sure to have D: partition available, if you test virtually create another hdd and format it if it never was (no need to always format, just saying if you create a new partition).

As for the temp folder you can leave it as it is, %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp

Because %USERPROFILE% means to locate your username profile folder which is already rerouted with the profiles path.
