wpeinit.exe failed to start : wdi.dll was not found

I reveive following error occasionally while booting WinPE 2.0.

wpeinit.exe: Unable to locate component

Application has failed to start because wdi.dll was not found.

Any idea?

In difference to a full Vista instalation this dll is missing in the PE environment.

I think that Vista tries to load this dll in relation to network support (wdi stands for "Windows Diagnostics Infrastructure" which is used in Vista for network diagnostic).
