Problem with File server

I installed the file server role on to the server after restarting i try to open file server management snap in and i get this message:

Cannot find resource file C:\Windows\System32\FsmMsg.dll

even though the file is there.

Also now when the server restarts i get this message before logging on:

At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use event viewer to examine the event log for details.

What could the problem be?

The DFS Replication service failed to start due to the following error:

The image file DFS Replication is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine.
