Sorry, this doesn't make any sense to me.

Can you explain in more details what happens, and what program or update are you installing, or what program is giving you this error?

Also, if this is Windows Vista you are asking about, please understand that I do not have experience with Windows Vista, so you may need to ask someone else for help with your problem.
