I would like to install basic programs such as sun java, adobe flash, ect. I have been useing the guide found here.

My problem is I don't want to do a full unattended install, only install the programs. (with a hotfix updated install.wim) How would I set up a basic auto unattend with nothing but the programs? I would prefer to fill in all the basic info myself, such as key, date/time, ect.

That is simple. Just remove everything from Autounattend.xml, that you want to enter manually.
