I also want to hear FM radio and record both radio and tv and to see telexext too

There are PC Cards with TV/FM tuners, check out ebay.

Teletext is european feature only (american versions have Closed Captioning instead, and some have both), so you better make sure before buying does the card support it, and is it for your tv system (I guess youre in Europe so you need PAL or MultiSystem card).

PS

To capture from analog tv tuner ("record tv") you need at least Pentium III 1+GHz AFAIR.

Some cards allow capturing in AVI raw or with low-compression codecs, which works with low-spec machines too, but you'll need plenty (and I mean PLENTY) of hdd space for it.
